Meantóiri

Meantóiri is a student leadership program which was devised by us and is unique to Scoil Chríost Rí. We felt that while the Meitheal team work tirelessly for the 1^st Years in our school, many girls entering 2^nd Year still could do with a helping hand.

2^nd Years can face a very different but equally daunting set of challenges and as they are no longer the youngest cohort in the school, we identified a need for an innovative new student leadership team to help our 2^nd Years to manage themselves, their challenges and their experiences successfully.

Our 10 chosen 6^th Year students act like a big sister to the girls in the 2^nd Year forms they are assigned to and while relatively new to the school, Meantóiri has become a vital cog in the smooth passage through Junior Cycle for our younger students.
