LCA was first introduced to Scoil Chríost Rí in September 2015. It is a programme that offers a fantastic opportunity for students to become more engaged in their learning environment through active learning experiences. Students’ work and skills development are assessed in different ways and results are issued on four occasions over the 2 years making the rewards for hard work more visible and immediate. We endeavour to provide our LCA students with a school experience that will encourage them to become more involved in their school community and in return we expect our LCA students to be ambitious and motivated as they engage in the programme. We expect excellent attendance, enthusiasm, good behaviour when working in groups and excellent conduct when out on work experience and on school trips.
