We are proud to be part of the Instructional Leadership programme, led by Professor Barrie Bennett.
This programme examines teaching skills and strategies that positively impact student learning and increase student achievement. There is a great emphasis on group work, encouraging students to become successful and independent learners.
We began our Instructional Leadership journey in March 2020, with Ms. June O’Brien, Ms. Ellen Dunne and Ms. Breege Masterson participating in the programme.
The Instructional Leadership team are now piloting new teaching and learning strategies with their students and sharing these skills with teaching colleagues.
